Having trouble with your computer system? Maybe you don't have a computer system and are wondering if it will save you time and money? Is your tech support actually supportive, or do you find yourself trying to make things work in spite of them?
My philosophy is very simple. I am there to help you make money, not me. This may seem counterproductive for a computer business, but not in the long run! A happy customer is a permanent customer. If your computer system (and support) is not saving and making you money, then why have it?
Where I can help you as a business owner/manager the most is organizing and analyzing your business needs and personal management style. This is gained through observation and interviews with you and your workers. From there I can put together a plan that you can customize. Throughout the process, it is all about your business, not mine! I'll tell you up front what I know, what is possible, and what is beyond me. If I can't do the job for you, I can at least point you in the right direction and help you clarify the steps that need to be done.
