Many training dollars are wasted because the class is taught using the shotgun approach--shoot a lot of pellets in a wide area and hope that some of them hit the target. Imagine how much happier (and richer) you could be if you could receive training using the rifle approach where you pay for only one bullet to hit your specific target.
Perhaps just an hour or two with your specific software and job duty is all that is needed. Maybe a small custom program or script could solve your problem and save you hours every day!
Examples
I recently wrote a small program in about an hour that helps the users in an office enter local long distance prefixes in 10 seconds and 2 steps. Before that, they were calling me to do it, or taking almost 10 minutes and about 15 steps to do it!
Another common request is helping people setup mail merge.
